__20th Sep 2007__Today~~~ Latest Pic!~~ Im blogging on the day today!~~~ One News: Next Week Is School Hols!~~~ And I will be Going away for vacation!~~~ *Yay!* Today I didnt have classes! *Smiles* I guess this semester is more taxing on assignments~~~but less exams in Nov~~ *Thinking* I enjoyed my day today~~ :)

Well, actualli from the week I came back, i onli have lessons on Mon and Tue yea... :P
So the rest of the week will be Own time... *HEeehee*
But, dun think life is easy yea, I have got heaps of assignments piling up!!
And currently, two assignments are up!~~ *Phew*
And another group report will be submitted tomorrow!~~
But, lots more going to be due in early and end of October..... :(
In Nov, I have got 2 exams~~~
But heard that next semester , there will be heaps of exams, but less assignments!!~~
Well, which do I prefer??
Can I choose Neither?!!~~~Hahahas~~
Guess Uni life is in such a way... THis is wat studying is about, isnt it?
Yea... Ms Agnes... dun be lazy anymore yea!~~

Do you think everyone has the opportunity to study overseas??
Yea... Come to think of it~~~
I am fortunate... veri fortunate in deed to be here.
In the past, I have thought to myself:
"What is the feeling of studying overseas?"
"Seems like fun, to be able to go overseas,
See the world and study in a totally different environment."
" I want to do that too..."
And Now, I am here~~~
Doing what I have thought in the past... :)
I guess in the beginning, its hard to face the thot of leaving~~~
And being in a place where you are not familiar with~~
Its realli difficult to be able to withstand~~~
Now, it has been 63 days that I am away from Sg~~~(Minus the days I went back).
So roughly around two months in Melbourne~~
As I get to know more friends here...
I feel that you are not alone, realli~~~
There's lots of stuff you can do here~~~
Jus have to plan and get yr butt outta yr house!! Hahahs~~
I do admit I was kinda in a low mood when I returned from Sg(after my grandma's passing).
I did not have the mood to do anything at all~~
Jus feeling so unhappy, restless & insomnia~~~
Cant concentrate on doing assignments..(dat's why my assignments have to get extensions).
And at that time, I only have one thought in my head...
"I want to go home, back to Sg, back to Mommy & Daddy..."
I was realli in that state...
Sinking into depression~~~ :(
Everyday, I onli thought of home, parents and grandma~~~
I jus want to see my ah ma again, want to talk to her again~~~
I just missed her so so much~~~(But she never appeared in my dreams.. +_+ )
Ting was saying, " Maybe Ah ma think we will be scared, so she dun come and see us..."
I struggled for a week plus~~~
Frens did help by talking to me, msn counselling me~~
But all these did not work~~~
Actualli In order to cure, the onli person who can do it, is yourself!~~
So i tried to divert my attention to other stuffs~~~
I'm all alone here...
Gradually, I got to know more frens~~~
And at the same time, I went for the Philip Island trip~~
Which came at a good timing, for me~~~
Cos I needed it badly, jus to be away, even jus for a day~~~
To make me focus on something else, than to coop myself at home n think of grandma...
And It did helped... And it was after the trip~~
Dat me and Yvette joined ISA~~~
And more activities was on the way~~~
Sports every Friday, Church groupie on Wed nites~~
It was not more of the Church stuff, but the frens I meet there made me feel at home...
Made me feel there's ppl who genuinely cared for you.
I'm realli glad n happy dat when I'm at my lowest point in my life~~
God sent me gifts~~~*gifts of friendship*
I did not realise dat the ppl who helped you to get back on yr feet,
Are those ppl whom you barely know.....
And they can do so much to a helpless person...
I feel that I am lucky~~
Realli lucky to have met nice and good friends~~
Who have helped me in all sorts of ways...
And I believe those who help others, will definitely be rewarded back~~
Not in monetary terms but in when they need help from others, they will receive help.

Basically, today went to school to meet some tut mates to sign our report project.
Then went to help Mr ST regarding starting of English lessons for his hostel~~
As he is the student representative for it, and I'm glad I can be of any help~~
Cos I feel dat my English is not veri Good either... :P
After dat went to city~~~
Went to the NBV(Nursing Board of Victoria), to submit my registration~~
After that, met up with Mr T~~~
It has been A while since I last saw him~~
The last time I bumped into him was at MT BUller~~ ;)
He's so busy man~~~
And he accompanied me to Melbourne Central(MC) to get my new backpack from Dangerfield!~~ :)
YAy! I have new back pack for my trip next week!!~~ *smiles*
Then we went to have coffee at a cafe at MC!~~~
I ordered a linguine prawns with smoked salmon plus aparagus! *YUM*
And it tasted delicious!!
I also ordered a chocolate milkshake, n he ordered a cappuccino~~
We were chatting and laughing~~~
And he was saying how come the SG girls like to wear short shorts and short skirts?
And I was like, "HUh?, is it?"
He answered, saying, in the city, he sees alot of girls, asian girls dressed up this way~~
Hahahs... Asian girls not definitely are SG girls right? *dots*
And he commented dat Japanese girls are worse off... *laughs*
In the end, I told him dat I wont be caught wearing shorts in the city man~~~
Cos it will be so freezing cold!!
Unless its Hot like SG~~~ then its different~~~ :P 
Anyways, after waiting for me to finish up my food~~ (I'm a slow eater)...
I was so full to the max man~!! So we decided to take a stroll~~~
We went to shop around and I bought some new tops from COTTON ON!~~
He keep insisting those are PJs!~~~ hahahs~~(PJs=Pyjamas)
But I said, the PJs are nice enough to wear going out!~~ (",)
And it looks Good too~~~
My Buys today!~~~ :) *satisfied nes*
We jus keep bickering, jus commenting on our opinions on stuff~~
Hahas... this Guy never fail to make me smile n laugh~~~
And I'm quite surprised about Aussie guys~~~
They are realli Matured in the way they talk and their perception of things~~
Totally different from SG Guys~~~
Even I feel I am Not as matured as him~~~(though he's asian too, jus dat he grew up in MelB).
Maybe its the lifestyle and surrounding he grew up in~~~
Still, I had a great time catching up with him yea~~~
Seems like an old friend but we jus Known each other for two months~~
Still, he's the first friend that I know in Melbourne... :)

PS: FOrgot to say I saw Darlin Joanne on MSN ytd Nite~~~
And Was super Excited talking to her...
Cos she is in NYC(New York City) now!~~~
Super miss this Ger so much`~~`
But I'm glad to see her enjoying herself there~~:)
Then when she gets more familiarised there~~
The next time, she can bring me around when I Go there too!~~
