Nothing much these days~~~
Went Working out @FF on Wed n Ytd~~~
Ytd was quite tedious for me man~~~
After work went to orchard with my colleague~~
And she pulled me to This "Usana" Co. dat dat sells Vitamin Pills n Good for body Capsules~~
then listened to her fren market to me the products they were selling~~
Seems really good...
but dun think wil buy now...
Prob next time ba....
Then rushed over to FF~~~~
And there's Body JAm class in process le~~
SO quickly changed n joined in~~~
Its fun...too bad i missed the beginning~~~
Then after dat class was Yoga~~~!!!
Well..for me... i've never been to a Yoga class~~
it was my first time!!
So was like kinda hard lo!!
All the bending n stretching~!!!..till my bones gonna break like dat~~~
Luckily, the instructor was veri helpful~~~
ANd was encouraging me n coaching me!!~~~ =)
But, actualli I feel dat I like Yoga~~~
It can make my bones b not so stiff ba....
n more flexible~~~Shall go for more of YOga!!!heheee....
AFter dat, i went to get some h2o~~~
then went for RPM class~~~
its A cycling Class~~~~
to train yr cardiovascular~~burn off fats!!!
It was really taxing!!~~~ my legs were like going numb lo~~~~
hahahha... after dat class, my body was like so tired~~~
and then watched tv~~to cool down~ And guesss wat~~
I almost fell asleep man~~~~
So quickly go had A hot shower~~~
Actualli wanted to go for Body Pump~~~but think another day ba~~~
Energy prob onli left 5o%~~~~
Then went downstairs to grab my dinner @ ToriQ again!!
dun know y craving for their TOfonto Pork Set meal!!!
Then also went over to Lucky PLaza to check out my DS Lite!!
Hmm... White one still got no stock till mOn~~~
Will prob get it next week BA~~~

Got Cod Fish, egg with cabbage n hotdogs~~~
then we ate 2gether~~~
ANd i prepared to go meet JoAnne to acc her see the "MIss Earth"THingy~~~
darS also tagged along.....
Well.... rushed there n reached there abit late.....
Then met the managers there~~~
Its a green n glamour contest ~~~
its the first time dat they are organising a "MIss Earth" iN Singapore~~
Actually quite a meaningful event, as its also protecting the environment~~~
Help to spread "save the Earth" campaign to others~~~
Anyway, me n Joanne joined~~~
STill dunno will get in a not... cos stil have audition at the end of June~~~
Whether or not get in, we'll jus enjoy the fun dat's in it!!
Nevertheless~~ we two took pics there too!!~~~heehee

Then got chop le then we went to Eat roast duck noodles~~~

Then later went back my place to watch 'Guess 5'

Today had my first session with my PT(personal Trainer)

Wow.... measured my body fats n stuff...

He asked me wat is my goal?

I said to reduce weight n tone up my thighs...cos so fat...

Then he said i dun have to reduce weight le...but said to put on more weight!~

OMG!! put on weight?... i'm so heavy already lo....haiz...

SO anyway... he taught me the warm-up exercises to do~~
and to do every station of machine exercises~~~

To train my lower body....

Next lesson will train on upper body~~~

Then after my training...

Met up with Joanne n we trained together!!...hehee...

so funni lo we two~~~

keep laughing n laughing~~~

Dunno is exercise or playing lo...

but still got workout lo~~~ and we went for body step class!!

onli went for half n hour~~~

cos Joanne gotta work @8pm...

AFter the work out~~~ i was like totally shacked man......

Veri veri Tired lo~~~whole body wan to collapse le......

if got bed @PAragon, I would fall asleep there le....

Took CAb home after dat.... was sleeping on the cab lo.....

been working afternoon to morning shift always...

n tis makes me so tired....

n then went to fitness after work...

wow,..,my body cant take it i guess...cos last nite i had difficulty breathing also~
